What the Service Provides

MeQuit is an addiction recovery hub with guides for quit smoking, stop vaping, drink less, craving tracking, and shame-free restarts. Craving logs, streak counters, drink limits, milestones, and coping prompts are informational support tools. They are not guaranteed quit outcomes, diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical treatment plans.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful personal purposes.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Do not rely on the Service for medical emergencies. Call local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.

Medical Disclaimer

Nicotine dependence, alcohol use disorder, and withdrawal can require professional care. Seek qualified help if you experience severe withdrawal, loss of control, suicidal thoughts, or health complications. MeQuit does not prescribe nicotine replacement therapy, medications, or detox protocols.

Accounts and Payments

Some features may require an account or paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are shown at purchase. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including text, design, logos, and software, is owned by MeQuit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Service content except as allowed by law or written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
